State affiliated Medias reported that the State Security Force (SSF) has initiated a new plan to confront “silk Mantuas”. Mohammad Javad Sadeghamiz, clothing union advisor said in this regard: this special observatory plan is concentrated on the sale of silk mantuas and will continue until further notice. In this plan the clothing union will seriously deal with any retailer and store that sells such clothing.
The SSF issues new regulations every summer regarding women’s clothing and methods of dealing with them.
On a daily basis 20 inspection patrols are carried out by the clothing union in Tehran, according to Sadeghamiz.
