Narges Mohammadi, deputy director of the Center of Human Rights Activists, was summoned to court. Based on the order issued by the Revolutionary Court, the initial hearing will be held on May 3, 2015. The charges raised in this dossier have yet to be announced.
Narges Mohammadi is amongst the women who met with former EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton during her visit to Tehran on March 8, 2014. Following this meeting she was summoned to Evin Prison where she was interrogated. She was also sentenced to 6 years prison following the 2009 uprising. She spent 50 days in solitary confinement of ward 209 in Evin Prison.
