As reported by the state-run IRNA news agency, 1,325,000 people have been identified as drug addicts in Iran under the corrupt rule of the mullahs. 10% of these individuals are women.
279 female drug addicts lost their lives from March 2014 to March 2015. The statistics have been provided by the regime’s own Anti-Drug Department. These numbers show a 33% increase in comparison to the same period the year before.
Regime experts admit that personal problems, anxiety, physical illnesses, failures in education, and pressure from the family are amongst reasons why women and girls turn to drugs. These experts are of course neglecting the fact that the main reason behind Iranian women’s despair and death is the misogynist mullahs’ regime itself, because it is this regime that is imposing the cruelest state-sponsored and social crackdown backed by the law and its repressive security forces.
