Human rights lawyer Nasrin Sotudeh emphasized, “As a prisoner who has been interrogated, psychologically and physically tortured and placed behind bars for a few years for my beliefs and what I have written, I testify that just as prior to this, Ahmadinejad and other judicial and political officials of the country have lied about this, Rouhani’s government and his foreign minister are lying too.”
Last week Mohammad Javad Zarif, the regime’s foreign minister ridiculously lied, “We have no prisoners of conscience in Iran.”
