On a special day, in the heart of the Italian Parliament, an event was held to honor brave women! Women who are not only heroes in their personal lives but also fight to change society. The Courageous Women Award is given each year to those who have made a significant impact with their courage and determination.
And this year, one of the women who stepped onto the stage was Azar Karimi, the spokeswoman for the Iranian Youths’ Association in Italy and a supporter of the National Council of Resistance of Iran.
Azar Karimi was born in Italy to Iranian parents, but her heart beats for the freedom of Iranian women. Growing up, she heard stories about the struggles of Iranian women and decided to be part of the fight. In her speech at the ceremony, she spoke about the oppression of women in Iran after the 1979 revolution and the fearless women who never gave up!
She emphasized that Iranian women are not just fighting for their own rights but for the freedom of their entire society. They stand at the forefront of protests, raise their voices for a better world, and fear nothing.

At the end of her speech, Azar dedicated her award to all the brave women who continue to fight for freedom in Iran. It was an emotional and inspiring moment, proving that the voice of Iranian women will never be silenced—it will only grow louder!
What do you think? How can we be the voice of brave Iranian girls?
