Gholamreza Nassrollah-poor, director of education in the city of Dezful in Khuzestan Province described “dropping out of school” by small girls in this city as a “dangerous” trend.
He reported 120 such small girls have been identified who have dropped out of school due to “marriages” and “inabilities”.
Nassrollah-poor said 60% of 500 Dezful school children who have dropped out of school were girls.
