The much-anticipated Free Iran World Summit 2023 convened today, Saturday, July 1, 2023, at the Headquarters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Auvers-sur-Oise, France.
The Free Iran World Summit 2023, entitled, Onward to a Democratic Iran, brought together influential figures from around the world to support the Iran Uprising and advocate for a democratic republic. With powerful speeches and an overwhelming show of solidarity, the summit underscored the determination to bring about positive change in Iran.
Simultaneously, Iranians in Paris held a prominent rally in support of the uprising and the pursuit of a democratic republic in Iran. A distinguished delegation of French MPs and mayors, former Congressman Patrick Kennedy and former Prime Minister of Belgium Guy Verhofstadt addressed the rally.
Despite the Iranian regime’s futile attempts to hinder the summit and cancel the rally through clandestine negotiations and hostage-taking, the events proceeded as planned.
