After receiving 74 lashes, Zahra Teymouri goes home to serve the rest of her sentence
After serving four months of imprisonment and receiving 74 lashes, Zahra Teymouri went to house arrest with leg tags to spend the rest of her one-year imprisonment at her home and its surroundings within a radius of 500 meters.
Zahra Teymouri, a graduate of Tehran University, was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment and 74 lashes in the first instance court of Branch 105 of the Criminal Court of Shahriar in Tehran Province on the charge of “disturbing public order.”
The ruling rejected the deposit of bail and any conversion of the sentence to a fine for Zahra Teymouri.
Zahra Teymouri graduated in psychology from Tehran. Security forces arrested her in Shahriar, Tehran, on September 25, 2022.
Soheila Mataii sentenced to 60 months in jail
The Revolutionary Court of Dehgolan tried Soheila Mataii in an online session lasting only a few minutes. She was transferred to the women’s prison in Sanandaj.
Soheila Mataii was arrested on October 1, 2022, during anti-regime protests in Kurdistan. On October 17, she was temporarily released on bail.
Ms. Mataii was arrested for a second time on November 12, 2022, and detained until her sentence was implemented.
The Revolutionary Court of Dehgolan in Kurdistan Province sentenced Ms. Mataii to 18 months in jail for “disrupting public order,” 15 months of imprisonment for “propaganda activities against the state,” 13 months in jail for “disturbing public opinion,” 5 months in jail for “defying security forces,” and nine months of imprisonment for “propaganda activities in favor of opposition parties and groups.”
According to the regime’s law, the maximum sentence of 18 months will be implemented for Soheila Mataii.

Baluch woman, Samineh Bolaideh, was sentenced to 1 year in prison by Branch 2 of the Zahedan Revolutionary Court.

Samineh Bolaideh, 24, a computer sciences student at Azad University of Chabahar, was arrested by IRGC intelligence forces on October 1, 2022, and detained at the IRGC detention center. Ms. Bolaideh was transferred to the quarantine of Zahedan Central Prison on October 14, 2022. She was temporarily released on October 25, 2022, after posting bail.
Samineh Bolaideh has been sentenced to 1 year by Branch 2 of Zahedan Revolutionary Court for “propaganda against the state” and “supporting the nationwide strikes through propaganda in cyberspace.”
Zahra Mehrabi receives five years of suspended imprisonment
Zahra Mehrabi, a student at Tehran University, was sentenced to 5 years of suspended imprisonment by Branch 29 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court.
Zahra Mehrabi, a student of counseling and guidance at Tehran University’s Faculty of Psychology, was arrested by the security forces on October 26, 2022, during the protests in Tehran. After posting bail, she was released from the notorious Qarchak Prison on December 10, 2022.
