Shahla Mir-Galubiat, a member of the women’s faction in the Iranian regime’s parliament said, “The Foreign Ministry must have serious supervision over the report to be presented by the president office’s Department of Women Affairs in the Beijing +20 summit to ensure the country’s interests. Officials of the women affairs must be precise in their reports to not exaggerate problems and the status quo.
Our officials must not consider themselves accountable vis-a-vis the West.”
