The prison’s potable water comes from a well and a lot of chlorine is used in it, which makes it unusable. The prisoners have no choice but to drink the water, which infects them with various diseases. The prison lacks adequate hygienic facilities and the prisoners suffer from various diseases. Also, most of the female prisoners suffer mal-nutrition.
