Rezvaneh Sadeghi’s condition requires immediate specialist examination, medical imaging, and a clinical decision regarding the removal of the pellets. Yet, despite her deteriorating physical condition, she remains detained and continues to be denied adequate medical care.
Narges Alishahi; Continued Lack of Information Regarding Her Case Status
Narges Alishahi is held alongside Rezvaneh Sadeghi in Ward 5 of Fardis Prison. Despite the identification of her place of detention, there is no information regarding the time of her arrest, charges, physical condition, court branch, or her access to a lawyer and family.
The lack of information concerning Narges Alishahi’s case has heightened concerns about her detention under uncertain judicial conditions.
Diana Taherabadi; A 16-Year-Old Teenager Charged with “Moharebeh”
Diana Taherabadi, a 16-year-old teenager, was also arrested during the January 2026 uprising. She is being held in the section of Fardis Prison known as the “kindergarten.”
The charge brought against the teenager relates to the burning of a police kiosk during the protests.
Taherabadi’s case is being pursued under the title of “Moharebeh”, a charge that in the laws of the mullahs’ regime can entail very severe punishments, including execution.
The processing of Diana Taherabadi’s case has been halted due to her being 16 years old, and the final decision may be postponed until she reaches the age of legal majority.
Sara Mousiqi; Shoulder Injury After Interrogation and Deprivation of Treatment
Sara Mousiqi, 42 years old and an architect, was arrested following a raid by security forces on her home in May 2026 and is currently being held in Qarchak Prison.
Mousiqi has faced charges including “insulting the leadership,” “insulting the founder of the Islamic Republic and sanctities,” and “communication with hostile governments,” and has been sentenced to six years in prison.
She has rejected the charges related to cooperation with other governments and has stated that her activity was limited to publishing a few stories on her personal page.
Sara Mousiqi has appealed against the issued verdict but has not yet received a response regarding this appeal.
She was beaten during interrogations and sustained a shoulder injury. Despite this injury, she has not been sent to medical centers so far and has not received the appropriate and necessary specialized treatment.
The continued detention of Sara Mousiqi in prison without adequate attention to her physical injury has raised concerns regarding her health status.
