Companions of Resistance! May your thunderous roar, echoing the cries of a heroic nation, grow louder and more powerful.
46 years ago, the deceitful Khomeini stole the people’s revolution and, with dreams of a 500-year caliphate, committed every possible crime. But the dream of freedom can never be stolen from our people. This is how a great resistance was born against the clerics, enduring storms of hardships and conspiracies, becoming today an unparalleled treasure for the freedom of the Iranian people.
We lack nothing to triumph over religious fascism. We have Brother Massoud, the great leader of the Resistance, whose vigilance exposes the sinister plots of the clerics and who, by paying the ultimate price, has never compromised even an ounce on the freedom of his people.
We have Sister Maryam, the radiant sun of Iran, who has introduced a new vision of humanity and nurtured a generation of capable women fighters, led by our dear first secretary, Sister Zahra Merrikhi. Together, they have turned the clerics’ dream of enslaving Iranian women into their worst nightmare.
We have the cohesive organization of the proud People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the heroic Ashrafis, and thousands of rebellious centers of resistance who are a thorn in the eyes of our enemies. With the legacy of 120,000 martyrs and countless heroic political prisoners, such as Behrooz and Mehdi, who even under the shadow of execution say, “We do not bargain with anyone over our lives; our lives are tools for the freedom of our people and our homeland.”
Khamenei, the modern-day Zahhak
You will never extinguish the flames of our uprising with torture and executions. We are all Behrooz. We are all Mehdi. We are all centers of rebellion.
Colonialism and reactionary forces are futilely trying to obstruct our path to freedom by propping up alternative puppets. But the train of the democratic revolution is nearing its final station. We have sworn to raise the flag of the Democratic Republic atop the peak of Mount Damavand, and so it shall be!
