In a discussion on the country’s employment conditions, vice-president of the Supreme League of Workers’ Trade Associations, Abolfazl Fat-hollahi, revealed, “Today, the jobs supposed for men are being given to women in return for meager salaries,
while the working conditions are not suitable for women and they turn to such jobs to earn a living.”
Fat-hollahi added,”Unfortunately, some employers deploy women at the lowest prices and with meager wages, while this is against all the protocols of the International Labor Organization that our country has joined to remove discrimination.”
