Iranian students targeted Ali Khamenei, the mullahs’ supreme leader, and his IRGC for slaughtering innocent pilgrims in Shacheraq, Shiraz, on Wednesday evening, October 26. The regime blamed the mass shooting in Shacheraq, which reportedly left 15 dead and 27 wounded, on Daesh (ISIS). However, Iranian students chanted, “Bassiji, Daesh, congratulations on your wedding.”

Students of the all-female Az-Zahra University chanted, “Daesh is the same as IRGC; these are thread-bare schemes.”

Students at Tehran University’s Technical Faculty chanted, “The blood in our veins is for the blood-thirsty leader,” “IRGC and (Khamenei) are perpetrators of all crimes,” or “Shacheraq is another deceptive scheme.”

As this report is being published, the regime’s IRGC troops and special guards have surrounded the Technical Faculty building in Tehran and the Azad University of Mashhad. They do not let the students come out. Locals have rushed to these universities to help release the students imprisoned inside the universities.

In Tehran, Iranian students held vocal rallies at the University of Tehran, Sharif University of Technology, Amir Kabir University, Melli University, Art and Architecture University in Shahrak-e Gharb, Azad University – North Unit, Azad University of Suhanak, Khajeh Nasir University, Azad University – the Sciences and Research Unit, etc.

The Medical Sciences University of Kurdistan in Sanandaj, Chamran and Jondishapur universities of Ahvaz, the universities of Kermanshah and Kamyaran, Azad University of Mashhad, Bahonar University of Kerman, the University of Khorramabad, the Industrial University of Isfahan, also held protests on Saturday.

The people of Arak also held a magnificent funeral for a young man, Mehrshad Shahidi, 20, slain in the city. Thousands of residents participated in this procession.

The crowd of people chanted, “Death to IRGC,” “There are 1,000 behind every single person killed,” and “I will kill whoever killed my brother.”

People held their protests in dozens of other cities. (Visit this page to watch the videos.) In Mahabad, West Azerbaijan, a large crowd rallied with chants of “Death to Khamenei.”
