The mullahs’ temporary Friday prayer leader in Tehran criticized the status of improper veiling across the country.
“A think tank must be established to resolve existing problems. Today’s officials must be able to fight and eradicate social corruptions such as improper veiling. If necessary women with improper veiling working in various offices must be fired from work,” he said.
“Special attention must be focused on the country’s cultural atmosphere. The state security forces must act against hoodlums. Plainclothes agents should be present along Guidance Police to arrest and send to prison anyone who intends to attack them,” he continued.
