Sahar Fallah was killed during the nationwide protests of January 2026 in Tehran, after being shot in the head and face by regime security forces.
Due to the severe disfigurement of her face caused by the gunfire, her family was unable to see her face one last time or bid her farewell, denied even the most basic human dignity in mourning.
Sahar was 26 years old, a language instructor, and the only child in her family.
