Images of the sixth day of Iran uprising, January 2, 2018, show women confronting security forces in Orumiyeh, capital of West Azerbaijan Province in northwestern Iran.
In other footages from hit-and-run clashes in Tehran, women can be clearly heard while trying to free a young man being arrested by security forces.
In the meantime, a young Baluchi girl has posted a photo of her torn-out text book pages bearing photos of the mullahs’ supreme leader, Ali Khamenei. She wrote: “Hi. I’m a Baluchi girl. I don’t want to open my books again to see the pictures of this damned person. This is why I tore out and burnt all of them. In the hope of victory.”
