Students of the University of Applied Sciences gathered outside the Ministry of Sciences and Higher Education in the Iranian capital.
The gathering took place on October 31, 2017 where young women and men protested the ruling to shut down their school.
One of the protesters explained, “The Applied Sciences University has issued a ruling without prior notice, to dissolve the Tiba School, instructing all students to continue their studies at Mou Unit despite passage of more than a month since the beginning of the new academic year.”
