The state-run Youth Journalists Club wrote, “The political, security and social deputy of West Azerbaijan Province reported about new measures aimed at seriously following up on hijab and virtue violators across this province.”
“The Office of Protecting Public Security has placed hijab and virtue matters on the top of its agenda. To this end, this office has inspected 687 facilities across various towns and 76 provincial facilities, all ending in good results,” he emphasized.
“Inspections of government institutions in the field of hijab and virtue, holding morality classes, propaganda measures and the plan to issue warnings to people during the month of Ramadan are some steps carried out from March to September of this year,” said Aslani, secretary of the ‘Office of Protecting Virtue and Prohibiting Vice’.
