On Day 61 of Iran uprising, university and high school girls took to the streets to mark the three-day anniversary of the November 2019 uprising on November 15. Iran women were at the forefront, chanting anti-regime slogans and calling on everyone to join.

The protests started in the morning and continued well into the night.
People held protests in the streets and metro stations. 50 universities and 50 bazaars across Iran also participated. Students chanted, “1,500 were killed in November 2019,” “So many years of crimes, death to the Velayat-e Faqih regime.”
Bazaar merchants and shop owners as well as the Steel Mill workers in Isfahan went on strike.
Merchants in Tehran’s Great Bazaar closed their shops and began protesting and encouraging others to join their ranks. In the city of Sanandaj, the capital of Kurdistan Province, young people established roadblocks with fires and taking over their streets.
Families of arrested protesters also held a gathering outside the Evin Prison in Tehran to inquire about their children.
College and high school students in many cities boycotted their classes and took to the streets to launch anti-regime rallies.
Dozens of universities held protest rallies on Tuesday to continue the nationwide uprising and to mark the third anniversary of the November 2019 protests.
Security forces clashed with the protesting students in several universities, including Tehran’s Amir Kabir and Sharif universities.
In Shiraz, the people set roadblocks at the Molasadra crossroads and demonstrated.
In Tehran, there were demonstrations in several locations, including metro stations, shopping centers, the Grand Bazaar, Amir Kabir Street, Valiasr Ave, and San’at Square. The people of Gohardasht, Karaj also held protest rallies.
Protests continued in different parts of Tehran during the day, including Naziabad district, Shahrak-e Gharb district, Gisha, Tehranpars district, Janat Abad Street, Seyed Khandan, Shahrak-e Sepehr, Haft Howz, Parand District, Punak, and Jomhuri street. Protesters resisted against security forces and blocked roads while chanting anti-regime slogans.
Protests also continued in other cities, including Urmia, Kermanshah, Rasht, Mashhad, Sanandaj, Bukan, Mahabad, Abhar, Bandar Abbas, Isfahan, Qeshm, Doroud, and Shiraz. Locals including many women took to the streets in Zahedan.
Reports from many cities indicate that protesters are continuing their protest rallies despite the brutal response by the regime.

In Shahriar, one of the suburbs of Tehran and a hotbed of protests in November 2019, security forces opened fire on protesters. In a Tehran metro station, security forces opened fire on unarmed protesters and caused a stampede.
