Fifty-seven accidents happened for women at their places of work in Isfahan, in the first quarter of the Iranian year (March 21- June 21, 2017).
Ghafour Rastein, Director General of Isfahan’s Medical Accidents and Emergencies, said, “There have been 102 more work-place accidents in Isfahan Province compared to the same period last year. This year, 57 cases of work accidents involved women.”
Rastein also gave the total number of work accidents for both men and women, saying that there were 156 cases for the 21-30 age group, 125 cases for the 31-40 age group, and 73 cases for the 41-50 age group. (The state-run Mehr news agency, July 22, 2017)
