[French]'><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 iranien est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une crise grave li\u00e9e \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/wncri.org\/fr\/2025\/06\/06\/emigration-des-infirmieres-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019exode massif<\/a> des infirmi\u00e8res iraniennes vers l\u2019\u00e9tranger. Plusieurs facteurs poussent \u00e0 cette \u00e9migration :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Salaires tr\u00e8s bas<\/strong> : les infirmi\u00e8res gagnent environ 13\u202fmillions de tomans par mois (~144\u202f$), bien en dessous des niveaux internationaux (2\u202f000\u202f$ dans le Golfe, 3\u202f500\u202f\u20ac en Europe, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6\u202f000\u202f$ aux \u00c9tats-Unis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conditions de travail dures<\/strong> : surcharge, heures suppl\u00e9mentaires obligatoires mal r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es (environ 2,4 \u00e0 3,1\u202f$\/h), ainsi que pression id\u00e9ologique et vestimentaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perspectives professionnelles limit\u00e9es<\/strong> : manque d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour \u00e9voluer et reconnaissance professionnelle faible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi<\/strong> et absence de meilleures garanties compar\u00e9es aux pays d\u2019accueil <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Statistiques cl\u00e9s<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Environ <strong>150\u2013200 infirmi\u00e8res \u00e9migrent chaque mois<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2023\u20132024, le chiffre est m\u00eame mont\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>250\u2013300\/mois<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus de <strong>3\u202f000 infirmi\u00e8res dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es<\/strong> cherchent \u00e0 partir chaque ann\u00e9e sur les 12\u202f000 dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9sultat\u202f: un d\u00e9ficit estim\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>70\u202f000 infirmi\u00e8res<\/strong>, avec environ <strong>1,800 \u00e0 3,000 d\u00e9parts par an<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette p\u00e9nurie a des cons\u00e9quences graves : les h\u00f4pitaux fonctionnent avec des effectifs tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duits, entra\u00eenant une baisse de qualit\u00e9 et m\u00eame des d\u00e9c\u00e8s de patients selon des responsables .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En bref<\/strong> : face \u00e0 des salaires de mis\u00e8re, des contraintes professionnelles et un manque de perspectives, les infirmi\u00e8res iraniennes \u00e9migrent en masse vers des pays comme l\u2019Allemagne, les \u00c9tats-Unis, le Canada, l\u2019Australie ou les <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%89tats_arabes_du_Golfe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00c9tats du Golfe<\/a>.
